The Best Practice Statement Library (BPSL) contents are maintained in accordance with the levels and types of measures described within the Universal Service Management Body of Knowledge (USMBOK).

The Best Practice Statement Library (BPSL) provides searchable access to best practice guidance appropriate to a service management and service excellence initiative. 

The BPSL is categorized based upon the major elements of the USMBOK. 

Access to the complete BPSL is through an annual membership to this site.  A sample set of the BPSL is available to registered guests.
