This product contains everything you need to self deliver an ITIL V3 Awareness course, either as part of a self-study requirement, or to fellow professionals.  The courseware is of proven quality and the kit includes:

• One Instructor Guide explaining how to setup & deliver the class
• One hardcopy of the student class workbook
• One set of class slides in Microsoft Powerpoint format
• Access to the Internet Support Center for guidance and support
• A 1 year maintenance and support agreement for updates & preferred support
• Discounted access to additional student workbooks

The courseware is subject to an annual license agreement and allows unlimited use and provides sufficient content to support a two-hour, or half day class.
