This final session discusses how to sustain and continuously operate a customer focused and Lean centered culture within the service organization, and prepare an attendee for the certification examination.
This session is comprised of two lessons:

Lesson 09: The Certified Lean Service Manager Professional Exam
The lesson also helps prepare each attendee for the optional Certified Lean Service Manager Professional (CLSP) certification examination offered by the non-profit Service Management Society’s Service Management Qualification Scheme.
