One-on-One Session

The 1-on-1 Session service provides personalized help and advice for any aspect of a service management initiative.

The Decipher Service Management service saves you time and money and dramatically reduces the risks of personal and project failure by providing you with your very own, personal mentor and coach.

Your coach will be a highly qualified and experienced service management consultant, with a minimum level of qualification that includes both the Certified Service Management Professional (CSMP) and Certified Lean Service Professional (CLSP) designations, and in excess of 10 years practical experience.

The sessions are purchased in advance, in one hour increments and each session is tailored to address the items you have specifically requested.

The sessions are interactive and typically in the form of an electronic meeting, likely an internet hosted meeting or webinar.  The agenda is predefined and mutually agreed with defined objectives and desired results.

The service management support site is made available to the requester to enable the submission of one or more questions for addressing during the session.
