Decipher Service ManagementThe Decipher Service Management service is designed to help individuals and organizations understand concepts, methods and best practices from any reference source,  and apply them successfully to a service management initiative.

The services is primarily designed to transfer know-how to practitioners on how-to design, develop and sustain elements of a service management system, and uses the Universal Service Management Body of Knowledge (USMBOK) is its central reference.  The service is delivered via the following methods:

  • Public schedule of classes
  • Fee based webinar events
  • One-on-One mentoring sessions using electronic communications
  • Onsite, personalized and customized delivery 

This service also includes the 'Decipher the ITIL Code' program, designed to protect an existing or planned investment in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).  This service should not be regarded as an official ITIL source or endorsed by OGC.  The official ITIL website may be accessed here.
