The Decipher Service Management service is designed to help individuals and organizations understand concepts, methods and best practices from any reference source, and apply them successfully to a service management initiative.
The services is primarily designed to transfer know-how to practitioners on how-to design, develop and sustain elements of a service management system, and uses the Universal Service Management Body of Knowledge (USMBOK) is its central reference. The service is delivered via the following methods:

- One-on-One mentoring sessions using electronic communications
