The  Framework Statement Library provides searchable access to best practice styled statements described in industry and vendor frameworks relevant to establishing and sustaining a successful service management strategy.  This service is currently offline and unavaileble.  Please refer to the SMBOK roadmap calendar for planned availability.

The Framework Statement Library (FSL) is maintained and categorized based upon the criteria generally described in industry frameworks and intepreted by Service Management 101 as a reasonable requirement.

The FSL items include unique guidance key to any individual or organization sustaining or preparing for a service operations.  The FSL includes important information on what the framework criteria means, why it is necessary, and how it is demonstrated.

Access to the complete FSL is through an annual membership to this site.  A sample set of the FSL is available to registered guests.
