The Decipher the ITIL Code service provides a unique insight into the message of ITIL, its strengths and weaknesses of ITIL and a comprehensive analysis of the information gaps, suspect guidance and clarification of unclear or vague statements.
This element - the 'ITIL Bridge' provides detailed analysis of the differences between version 2 and version 3 of ITIL, including terms and concepts added, removed, and the ITIL Qualification Scheme (IQS).
