The Decipher the ITIL Code service provides a unique insight into the message of ITIL, its strengths and weaknesses of ITIL and a comprehensive analysis of the information gaps, suspect guidance and clarification of unclear or vague statements.

The service has three main elements: a decipher for ITIL Version 2, a decipher for ITIL Version 3, and a detailed analysis of the differences between ITIL V2 and V3 - the ITIL Bridge

This service should not be regarded as an official ITIL source.  The official ITIL website may be accessed here.  Access to this service requires an annual membership to this site.  A sample subset of the Code and full access to the complete ITIL Glossary is available to registered guests.
