itsm-sos-logo-140w.jpgThe ITSM-SOS program includes publicly scheduled events or 'clinics', facilitated by experts, to provide the opportunity for IT organizations to discuss common issues, exchange opinions, and 'health-check' their ITSM initiatives.

Theses clinics are offered to the ITSM professional community in exchange for a small and nominal registration fee to cover operational costs.

If you are interested in an ITSM-SOS Event in your area, or in sponsoring an Event for your community, please contact us here.

The ITSM-SOS program is designed to especially help small to medium sized IT organizations to deciphering and apply cost effectively guidance and 'best practices' found within frameworks such as the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

The ITSM-SOS program steers ITSM projects away from the common pitfalls of traditional methods and ensures a service management is customer relevant, plausible and targeting reali benefit from the outset.

Throughout, the ITSM-SOS program uses the Universal Service Management Body of Knowledge (USMBOK) as the over-arching frame of reference.

Service Management 101 is proud to offer the ITSM-SOS program in collaboration with Engaged Consulting inc.
