THIS SERVICE IS PLANNED TO BE FULLY AVAILABLE APRIL 1st 2010.  The Key Performance Measure Library (KPML) contents are maintained in accordance with the levels and types of measures described within the Universal Service Management Body of Knowledge (USMBOK), and specifically the Performance Management Framework.

The Key Performance Measure Library (KPML) The Key Performance Measure Library provides searchable access to measures appropriate to a service management and service excellence initiative. 

The KPML is categorized based upon the major elements of the USMBOK.

Access to the complete KPML is through an annual membership to this site.  A sample set of the KPML is available to registered guests.
