Complimentary Support for Service Management Initiatives Available Again
04/16/2010
To all professionals needing answers to service management related questions - through June 30th 2010, we are excited to once again offer complimentary access to the online support service in exchange for a registration.
Service Management 101 has traditionally provided remote suport to its clients using an Internet based 'Servicedesk'. Typically offered as part of a fee based annual support plan, for a period in late 2009 the service was opened to anyone who cared to register, as part of a general overhaul of the almost 1,000 knowledge articles stored the service stores.
The reason for the offer was simple. The more questions submitted, the better the tuning of the content in the articles with key words in a question, increasing the relevancy of the self-help features.
As part of SM101's involvement in the ITSM-SOS program, we have decided to once again offer the service at no cost to any person, or any organization, involved in the IT Service Management industry, who cares to register and post a question.
As a guest registrant it is important to understand there is no guarantee of a timely response. If you need that, please consider a support plan. That said, many have found it valuable to exchange a registration for a confidential response, saving time, and often avoiding a costly mistake.
The complimentary program will be open to registrants immediately, through June 30th, 2010.
