The following service plans are available to assist individuals or service organizations with service management related initiatives.  The service plans are designed to offer increasing levels of support and faster turnaround on questions entered via the support system.  Some of the plans may involve recurring charges.  Cancellation of these plans will require written notification 30 days PRIOR to anniversary date of renewal.

Service Management Education (CaaS) Annual Service Support Plan
This maintenance and support plan provides 365 days of dedicated and personalized support for licensed subscribers to the Courseware as a Service (CaaS) program via the internet Service Support site.  The support plan includes all updates to materials as required and is a service fee that recurs annually for an unlimited period of time until cancelled 30 days prior to the anniversary of renewal in writing at the request of the customer.

This plan provides 365 days of dedicated and personalized remote support for any service management initiative via our internet Service Support site. All service requests entered through the service are given preference and a guaranteed time for responses.
