This series of simulationa are all elements of the Decipher Service Management program. designed to help practitioners understand and apply the key principles and methods of universal service management.

Simulation based education is an accepted and successful training method whereby participants can gain ‘hands-on’ experience of how to recognize and address complex issues.

They should help  staff become familiar with new situations and procedures, practice and improve the use the use of existing procedures, as well as identifying process deficiencies and their impact upon key stakeholders and while reducing the risk of significant disruption to existing practices.

The Know How You Need to Apply The Know What

Although simulations can be used as team and morale building exercises, their true benefit is intrinsically linked to their degree of realism, and relevance to the work related scenarios participants wish to experience.

Our service management simulations allow participants to practice, learn, and enhance the skills they currently use, or intend to use.  The scenarios used are based upon real events and enable participants to experience situations commonly found within the working environment.

Our simulations are designed to enhance the skills and abilities of the service management practitioner, and include:

  • A realistic case study, key roles, and the influence of personalities and politics
  • Language and concepts in common consistent with what is in common use by the industry
  • Specification and use of key artifacts, concepts and methods found within a service management system and supporting service organization
  • Methods to introduce concepts, identify and state problems, and recommend best practice based remedies
  • A means of transforming an organization to one focused on customer results and the provision of service.
