The  Standard Requirement Statement Library provides searchable access to requirements described in standards relevant to establishing and sustaining a successful standards-compatible or compliant service management strategy.  This service is currently unavailable.  Please refer to the K-Web roadmap calendar for planed availability.

The Standard Requirement Statement Library (SRSL) is maintained and categorized based upon the criteria generally described in international standards and intepreted by Service Management 101 as a reasonable requirement.

The SRSL items include unique guidance key to any individual or organization preparing for a standards based audit of operations.  The SRSL includes important information on what the standards criteria means, why it is necessary, and how it is demonstrated.

Access to the complete SRSL is through an annual membership to this site.  A sample set of the SRSL is available to registered guests.
